This article by Rich Evans was written in response to a number of articles in Pennsylvania resulting from the loss of child that was being cared for only through prayer. While the denomination involved was not Christian Science, we were brought into the conversation in the articles. The references in Rich Evans’ article to John Ehrlichman and H.R. Haldeman was also in response to incorrect references to them in these articles.
Taking care of children – a Christian Scientist’s perspective
Apr 20, 2017 – Children are society’s tenderest concern. They’re dear not only to their parents and families but to all good people everywhere.

This is the perspective Christian Scientists bring to the recent news reports on the death of a child in a religious group noted for faith healing and opposition to medicine.
